5.2. Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate your services at our sole discretion, without refund, in the event of unlawful activities, violation of these Terms, or at our management's discretion.

5.3. Limitation of Liability: Albion Hosting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. User Conduct

6.1. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activities that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

6.2. Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you post, upload, or otherwise make available on Albion Social. We do not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any content.

6.3. Reporting Violations: Users are encouraged to report any violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines to our support team.

7. Content Ownership and Licensing

7.1. User Content: By posting content on Albion Social, you grant Albion Hosting a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the operation and promotion of Albion Social.

7.2. Intellectual Property: All content and materials on Albion Social, excluding user-generated content, are the intellectual property of Albion Hosting and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

8.1. Data Collection: We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Albion Social, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8.2. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA): Albion Social complies with COPPA. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without such consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

9. Account Security

9.1. Account Security: You agree to maintain the security of your account and not share your login credentials. You are responsible for any actions taken on your account.

9.2. Security Obligations: You must report any security vulnerabilities to us immediately. You agree not to exploit any hardware or software vulnerabilities, bypass security features, or engage in activities that interrupt or interfere with Albion Social services.

10. Termination

10.1. Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that we deem harmful to the community or the platform.

10.2. Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your account, your right to use Albion Social will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. DMCA Policy

11.1. Compliance: Albion Social complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

11.2. Notice Requirements: If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact our designated DMCA agent at abuse@albion.social with the necessary information as outlined in our DMCA policy.

12. Monitoring and Reporting

12.1. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Albion Social maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We actively monitor and report any instances of CSAM to the appropriate authorities. Any accounts found to be involved in such activities will be immediately terminated and reported.
